1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between MB8MY and every individual who registers, accesses, or uses the platform and services provided by MB8MY. These terms take effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any feature of the MB8MY platform, whichever occurs first.

MB8MY reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time by notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the MB8MY platform after such amendments take effect will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on this page, and the most recent update date is displayed at the top of the document for your reference. You are encouraged to check this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current applicable terms.

2 User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the mb8my platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the duration of account use.
• Must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, association, or organisation).
• Acting solely on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• Not listed on any self-exclusion register or gambling prohibition list enforced by any relevant regulatory body.
• Has never had an mb8my account previously closed due to fraud, breach of terms, or illegal activity.

Mb8my reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account. mb8my will not be liable for any losses arising from the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet these eligibility requirements.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) mb8my account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any credits or winnings held within them, without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity document (MyKad or passport)
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid and accessible email address
• Actual date of birth

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your MB8MY account information remains current at all times. If any of your personal details change, please contact MB8MY support to update your records. MB8MY is not liable for any issues arising from outdated or inaccurate information held in your account.

Your account password is your personal responsibility. MB8MY will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you receive any communication requesting your MB8MY account password, please report it to our support team immediately as this may be a fraudulent attempt.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Mb8my accepts deposits via the following local Malaysian payment methods only:

All deposits must come from a legitimate source that you personally own. MB8MY does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If funds are received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered user, MB8MY reserves the right to suspend the transaction until the rightful owner of the funds has been identified and confirmed.

Mb8my reserves the right to limit or decline any deposit at our discretion, particularly where there are concerns relating to money laundering, fraud, or violations of our terms. All suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at MB8MY are processed on a "return to source" basis — funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering and to protect players.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM20 per transaction
• Processing time: Over 99.5% of requests are processed within 5 minutes
• Daily withdrawal limit: Depending on VIP tier (Bronze: RM5,000 / Diamond: RM50,000)

• Number of concurrent withdrawal requests: Maximum of 1 pending request at any one time

Before your first withdrawal is processed, MB8MY may require full identity verification, including a copy of your MyKad and proof of ownership of the registered payment method. This verification process is a standard security measure to protect your account from unauthorised use.

Any bonus that has not met the minimum rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn. Bonus credits are tracked separately from real money credits in your MB8MY account. Only real money credits (not bonus credits) are eligible for withdrawal at any time.

6 Bonus, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by MB8MY are subject to rollover requirements that are clearly stated in the details of each offer. Players are required to read and understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

General principles applicable to all mb8my bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once only per user unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the designated time frame — bonuses that expire before the requirements are fulfilled will be automatically cancelled.
• Game contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary: Slots: 100%, Table Games: 10–20%, Live Casino: 10–20%, Sports Betting: 100%.

• Any real-money withdrawal made before the bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7 Game Rules & Integrity

All games available on the mb8my platform — including slots, table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker, sic bo), live casino, and Sports Betting — are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective software providers and international industry standards.

All casino game outcomes at MB8MY are generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently certified by a recognised auditing body. For Live Casino games, results are determined by real human dealers in a licensed studio operating under strict security procedures.

For Sports Betting, outcomes are determined by the actual results of the relevant event as confirmed by recognised sports news sources. MB8MY reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where there is uncertainty surrounding the integrity of an event or where match-fixing is suspected.

In the event of a technical error or software bug that results in an incorrect game outcome, MB8MY reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to all players involved. Winnings obtained through the exploitation of technical errors are invalid and will not be paid out.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the MB8MY platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of credit balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account using the same or different name, phone number, IP address, or payment method
• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any technology that enables gameplay without a real human present
• Transferring funds between player accounts for fraudulent purposes or money laundering
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker games or Sports Betting
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors within the mb8my system for personal gain
• Using a false identity or another person's identity documents to register or verify an account
• Providing false or misleading information to the MB8MY support team or compliance department
• Conducting any form of commercial or promotional activity using the MB8MY platform without written authorisation
• Engaging in any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law

9 Account Closure & Suspension

Mb8my reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time on the following grounds:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmation that registration information is false or inaccurate
• Prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies
• Concerns regarding money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• Self-exclusion requests submitted by users through the MB8MY self-exclusion programme

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, MB8MY reserves the right to withhold any bonus credits and any winnings derived from them. For real-money credits (non-bonus), MB8MY will return the remaining balance upon completion of the investigation and verification process, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the MB8MY support team. Any remaining real money credit balance will be processed for withdrawal within 3 business days after the account closure request has been submitted and verified.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
